Our furnace died and we asked around for recommendations and Neels came up. They were quick and professional. John worked with me to get a very quick quote and an install before the forecasted snow. The install was fast and the house was left very clean. The price was right and we are very happy with the product and service. Thanks so much guys. :)

We had an addition built on our property and our contractor used Neels Heating & Supplies to install the heat pump. Honestly, it's been nothing but problems, at first Neels was great to deal with as they had to replace one of the units after it kept error messaging and the techs couldn't fix it. The unit was installed in early 2021 and now it is November 2021, and the unit is yet again broken stating a "C4" error, which the manual doesn't explain how to troubleshoot. I have called THREE times asking for a tech to come out and service the unit and no one is getting back to me to schedule a time

I called the office, the lady was very courteous took my name and number and she said someone would call in the next day or two. It now has been over 3 months and no one has called. It seems businesses have become complacent in these demanding times. Very disappointing as they came highly recommended.
