Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain through personalized treatment plans. Using manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, we help individuals recover from workplace injuries, sports-related trauma, and post-surgical conditions. With over four decades of clinical experience, our therapists create customized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries while maintaining direct billing options with major insurance providers.
Massage Therapy
Registered massage therapists provide specialized treatments for pain management and injury recovery. Services include deep tissue massage, sports massage, and TMJ therapy to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Our practitioners combine traditional techniques with modern approaches like myofascial release, ensuring treatments meet individual needs while maintaining strict professional standards for patient safety and comfort.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
This hands-on treatment focuses on structural balance and functional improvement through techniques like myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. While not covered by direct billing, our manual osteopathic sessions target root causes of pain and postural imbalances to restore natural body mechanics. Therapists use gentle manipulations of muscles, joints, and connective tissues to enhance mobility and support the body's self-healing capabilities.
Exercise Therapy
Certified exercise therapists develop customized fitness programs to complement clinical treatments. These sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, and functional movement patterns for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Our gym-based programs emphasize proper biomechanics education and progressive conditioning to ensure long-term recovery and prevent re-injury through supervised, individualized training sessions.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Specialized programs help athletes return to peak performance after sports-related injuries. Our therapists combine sports-specific assessments with targeted rehabilitation techniques to address ligament sprains, muscle strains, and joint instability. With experience treating Olympic and national team athletes, we implement evidence-based protocols for safe, accelerated recovery while providing preventive strategies to enhance athletic longevity and performance.

Nice folks, but the therapist didn't do a thing for my tennis elbow. Zero. I did the stretches. Now over a year later and it's barely improved.

Wow! I saw Alison for massage at Armstrong's. Fantastic experience, everyone was really careful with cleaning and PPE etc. Alison is clearly very skilled at what she does. The whole staff was helpful and friendly and the clinic itself is modern and gets lot of natural light. I would wholeheartedly recommend Armstrong Physiotherapy Clinic!

I saw Allison, the massage therapist, for post-radiation problems with my jaw and neck. She was exceptional! The improvement with just one session was amazing, and I am looking forward to the next one. Kelsey at the front desk was very warm, welcoming, and helpful....both on the phone and when I arrived for the appointment. I would recommend this clinic to be a first choice for anyone requiring a physio or massage treatment.
