Dr. Mitch Spooner has always had a passion for athletics. He grew up playing a large variety of different sports until he decided to focus on hockey. He spent four years playing in the Western Hockey League for the Vancouver Giants, Regina Pats, and Seattle Thunderbirds. Throughout his sports career he regularly went to a sports chiropractor for maintenance care.
It wasn't until he started suffering from a series of concussions, that he became more aware of the benefits that chiropractic care can provide. We will perform a thorough physical examination that will include assessment of your posture, joint ranges of motion, muscular strength and neurologic status. If imaging is required prior to your first adjustment you will be sent to your general practitioner for a requisition. Once we determine if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care, we will begin with your first adjustment.
