GMB Heavy Industries was founded in 1981 to provide contract management and engineering services. The original focus was to service the Steel Industry with particular emphasis on cooling beds. As the company grew, manufacturing of parts, previously out-sourced, was brought in-house. In 1992, we expanded into the design and supply of recycling equipment including, for example, automobile shredders.
