Services
Manual Therapy
Our manual therapy techniques use sustained pressure to improve joint mobility and reduce soft tissue restrictions. This hands-on approach gradually releases tension while monitoring patient response to ensure safe, progressive results. Treatments adapt to individual needs, from athletes requiring targeted joint release to elderly patients needing gentle mobilization.
Joint Mobilization
Specialized joint mobilization techniques restore range of motion through controlled, repeated movements. Therapists adjust pressure intensity based on patient sensitivity and tissue response. The process includes rest periods between mobilizations to allow natural circulation improvements that enhance treatment effectiveness over time.
Pain Management
Our pain management approach focuses on reducing discomfort through gradual tissue softening and improved nerve conduction. Treatments combine sustained pressure techniques with patient-guided feedback to address both immediate symptoms and underlying mobility issues. Sessions prioritize long-term pain reduction rather than temporary relief.
Physiotherapy Assessment
Comprehensive assessments determine individual treatment needs through detailed mobility testing and patient history review. The initial session identifies specific restrictions and establishes personalized treatment goals. Assessment findings directly inform customized therapy plans that evolve with patient progress.
Rehabilitation Programs
Custom rehabilitation programs combine manual therapy with targeted exercises to restore function. Treatment plans adapt to patient progress while maintaining focus on sustainable recovery. Programs include home exercise recommendations that complement in-clinic sessions for comprehensive rehabilitation.

I had tried a number of physios, massage therapists & chiropractors to help me with my back pain & help me become pain free. Nothing was working & then a friend of mine recommended Align & after 3 sessions I was fixed! I love Paul and his team & his clinic is my number one choice to refer my personal training clients to as well.

I had such a great experience here. Paul is so knowledgeable and has such a caring demeanor. I was visiting from Los Angeles, where I've worked with and referred lots of specialists in my circle as a yoga instructor. This facility is one of the best I've worked with, hands down. I've had chronic over use issues in my neck and shoulders that I felt relief from in one session. Don't just take my word for it, experience it yourself. When it comes to your body and being in pain, it's frustrating to waste time, effort and money on no results and feeling like a number.

Paul came highly recommended through many people at work so I saw him regarding a torn rotator cuff. He and Matt both spent time working on it using their slow release approach. Paul started pressing on my lower back saying it was out of alignment yet I have never ever had lower back pain in my life. Besides, I was there for my shoulder. He pressed so much that it had spasmed causing excruciating tightness and pain from my lower back down my entire leg! I explained this to him the following visit hoping he could fix it but he completely ignored my concerns. When I asked about seeing a massage therapist
