We recently had a service done on our Navien tankless water heater/HVAC and heat pump system by one of your employees - Chris. My wife and I wanted to let you know how happy we were with his service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When our heat pump subsequently ceased to work during this unusually hot heatwave, Chris immediately slotted us in between other service calls and showed up when he said he would.

All water heater replacements include removal and disposal of old unit, plumbing alterations as needed, gas or electrical tie in, venting if applicable, all materials needed, one year labour warranty and applicable tank warranty.
