Nestled in the heart of North Vancouver, Ocean Wellness is currently home to 12 practitioners, as well as three receptionists, all of whom are passionate about making your experience with us a positive one. Kirstie Jarolim, RMT

Kirstie graduated from a 3000 hour massage therapy program from the Utopia Academy and has been a Registered Massage Therapist, accredited by the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia, since 2011.
Kirstie's almost 10 years of massage experience has allowed her to treat a variety of health issues including: sports injuries, car accident related injuries, tension headaches, pre- and post-natal, muscle tension, postural discomfort, chronic pain, as well as alleviating everyday stress with relaxation treatments.

Sierra Senger, RMT

Sierra has graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where she has been trained in pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and a variety of musculoskeletal as well as central and peripheral nerve injuries. She is devoted to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and positive atmosphere while providing massage treatments that will be beneficial to client's health and well-being.

Hugo provides direct billing for: Pacific Blue Cross, Great-West Life, Green Shield Canada, Manulife, Sunlife, and many more. Hugo graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018. He completed 3000 hours of classroom curriculum, which includes over 550 hours of clinical practice.

In her practice Yvonne offers massage therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. Her intention is to listen to the needs of each person, and to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal itself. Her touch is both gentle and deep. Yvonne has had a successful massage therapy practice for over 30 years, first in Kelowna, then in North Vancouver.
