What are your regular business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on statutory holidays.
Do you provide emergency veterinary services?
We refer emergency cases to Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital (250-475-2495) or WAVES (778-432-4322) after hours. Please call us first for urgent appointments during business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, and Cash. We also partner with Petcard and iFinance for flexible payment options but cannot accept American Express or personal checks.
How can I order prescription medications?
You can order prescriptions through our online portal myVETstore.ca for pickup or delivery, or contact us directly. Allow 4 business days for in-house medications and 1 week for compounded prescriptions.
Do you offer pet wellness programs?
Yes, we recommend annual wellness exams for all pets. Our preventive care packages include vaccinations, parasite control, and comprehensive health assessments tailored to your pet's age and breed.
What diagnostic services are available?
We offer in-house blood testing, digital radiography, ultrasound, urinalysis, and fecal analysis. For specialized tests, we collaborate with certified external laboratories to ensure accurate diagnoses.

Hudson and Hunter have been coming here since they were babies. Nigel and his staff are amazing and when Hudson (Berner) passed last month they were extremely wonderful with both him and us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Greatest experience at this veterinary hospital. I was beyond impressed. The kindness and patience of all the staff was above and beyond. They even called to check in on my pet the following day. Far exceeds any vet experience I've had in the past and though it's far out of my way, would happily go back.
