In 1949 Carl Beccario became Mr. Flett's partner and Philip Crouch joined the practice thereafter.

Prior to studying law he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and was employed in the field of operations accounting. Mr. Bond was called to the bar in 2004 after completing his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Windsor and articles with Heenan Blaikie LLP (Toronto). He began his practice in his hometown in Northern Ontario (Timmins) becoming the co-managing partner at his firm in 2008. Mr. Bond relocated his family to the Niagara Region to be closer to family and joined Flett Beccario in 2018.
