I've been going to Urban Smiles since I moved to the city in 2016. The environment is positive and friendly and, in spite of a lot of challenges over the last two years, the team there has gone above and beyond to maintain the highest level of professionalism. Thanks to everyone at the downtown office that has kept us safe over this last year.

Ethical, exceptional customer service, fully attentive and professional care, and probably the best actual skills and quality of work that I have ever had or seen. Dr. Staples is very persistent at problem solving and is committed to finding the best solution for any challenge and then completing the work to the highest possible level of quality.… She will also share information, and explain things so you know what is being done and why. They also go out of their way to accommodate patients and are really on top of bookings, cancellations and all that. It's simply excellent all around, and

Today was an absolute surprise as I had my teeth air polished The results were amazing as I was wondering how they would remove the tea and coffee stains. Well let me tell you this procedure is the real deal. No temporary whitener or other aesthetic applications Both Shannon and Shanon (a dentist from India), did a terrific job making sure I was really satisfied with the outcome. If I had a before and after photo I would have attached it here. You might have just look at them and say”WOW”

Amazing office recommended by multiple other dentists I've spoken to. I've never had such a thorough exam. Also, who can resist massage chairs, bubbly or coffee?
