I have used all of their services. I have been a renter which I don't recall ever it being the responsibility of the tenant to repaint the house before moving out.
Tammy Noll, helped us buy our first home after renting and she was excellent! When the Army moved us to Kentucky, we used Oliver Adams services for rental management and that's when things went sideways. Oliver seemed disinterested in protecting the homeowner and their interests. He expected the homeowner to repair items that were clearly broken by the tenants such as kitchen drawers.
Getting our rent wasn't always an easy task as
