If you value sleep, this isn't the place to stay.
Walls are paper thin and there is no escaping the noise that comes from the pub itself. Sure the rooms are nice enough but the vibrations (and Ill balanced bass), and sheer volume of the music from the pub will keep you up all night.

Clean, friendly, really lovely room. We booked the loft for one night and it was great to have the space. Balcony looks over the patio and the architecture was picturesque. Very convenient spot for night life.

Great spot a stones throw to Market Place and waterfront. Service was interesting 2 of 3 super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful..the third person was friends but wasn't able to offer any information of the area. Pub was under renovation so that was disappointing but not a deal breaker.

We celebrated a very special event in the penthouse at Swans with catering and drinks from the pub. It was absolutely outstanding! The staff made ever effort to make our dream event come true, the food was delicious, hot and fresh. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to celebrate in a unique, unobstructed waterfront view from the rooftop or inside.
