Great location! Smaller boutique hotel which I love. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and peacefully quiet. Would definitely stay there again on next trip to Victoria.

I miss some international tv channels German / Austria / Swiss

When we arrived, the staff was smoking, and paying 10 euros extra for an unguarded parking space is not neat and customer-oriented. Still a lot to learn there.

Very nice hotel, room was excellent, very large walk in shower. At time of my phone booking I asked about off road parking and told yes behind a barrier, when I booked in only then did they say it cost 10euros, not impressed. Breakfast was included and even at 8am only the scrambled egg was even slightly warm. Not impressed again. No evening meal service, not mentioned before hand. So as a school teacher would say in a student's report -.
"Could have done much better".

The hotel is great. Large rooms with large walk in showers. The breakfast is surprisingly up market. An effort was definitely made. Which is not something that can be said about the spa. Opening hours were 1700-2000 and even for that short time you would expect someone to be there. But the ladies that work the spa are mostly gone, facilities are not turned on and shower products and such were not refilled for the entire week we were there. So do visit this hotel, but don't choose this one based solely on the spa.
