Never in my life have I experience such an horrifying service like this . Its been two days and my scalp is still burning. It was my first time going to this salon for a perm. Ive been perming my hair for 23 years and never once did any hair dresser wet my hair and put me under the dryer for 35 minutes before even perming my hair. I told her during the consultation that I have psoriasis on my scalp and its extremely sensitive. So irritating my scalp before perming it, wasnt a good idea. As soon as she applied the perm my head was already tingling and I could feel the heat. Lets just

I went to JouJou for a bridal trial and bridal appointment. Cree is an artist that worked her magic on my natural hair and makeup. She also made my mother and sister look fabulous on my wedding day. I could not have found a better hair salon in the GTA to do such a professional job. This is the best experience I've had at a hair salon period. Thank you Cree for making me shine bright on my wedding day.
