Do you offer online booking?

What arrival time should I plan for appointments?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete check-in procedures and enjoy our relaxation lounge. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to maintain schedule integrity.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for individual service cancellations and 48-hour notice for packages. Late cancellations incur 50% charges, while no-shows are charged in full to maintain scheduling fairness.
Where can I park when visiting?
Street parking and two Broughton Street parkades are available for guests. Hotel parking remains reserved for overnight guests due to limited availability in our downtown Victoria location.

I recently had a HydraFacial from Angela and the experience was excellent. It was the best HydraFacial I have ever had because of the care, knowledge and professionalism Angela displayed. She really cares about your skin and the experience she is providing! I had a lovely visit and felt completely relaxed and recharged after.

No online booking so thats not the best. I heard good things about this spa but left thinking I will not go back. The woman who did my pedicure sounded like she hated her job and would have liked to be anywhere else. Also found it necessary to comment that my toe nails were cut way to short as she put it. I probably would have been fine with hearing this if she had delivered it more of an informative tone. She really just made it sound like I inconvenienced her. The pedicure was done well but pricey.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the massage was very good. There is a little shop at the front of the store that offers many great products. Would highly recommend and my mother-in-law recently visited here who also has a glowing review about The Magnolia.

Both my wife and I had a relaxation massage and it was probably the best we had ever had. The massage therapists were extremely professional and kind. They created a safe and peaceful environment for us to relax. Their techniques were absolutely incredible and it made a real difference on how we feel. A huge thank you to them! Next time we visit Victoria, we'll stop by!

I have been here a few times for massages and every time I had a great experience. Very professional and clean. Staff were all very friendly as well. Would highly recommend.
