I have found my new spa home! I have been to other spas but have never felt the need to go back. Today, Angela spent 1.5 hours with me (I was booked for only a 45 min consultation)...She went so far above and beyond that I felt the need to write a review (I don’t usually write reviews). The treatment was nice but their tacky business practice left a bad taste in my mouth. I received a Relax and Renew gift certificate in December and used it in January. After the treatment I went to the desk to provide my certificate and leave a tip. I was advised that the Relax and Renew was no longer on sale, so I had to pay the difference! It wasn't much money, but what's the point of buying a gift certificate for a particular treatment?
