Great place to take your vet, all staff are professional, knowledgeable and they provide great customer service no matter how may times you get in touch with them to ask questions. Great doctors too, they spend time explaining everything and answer all questions although they have many patients. The hospital also provides educational material which is really helpful for new pet owners. Absolutely recommend this place.

I am a first time fur mom to an 8mo old shihpoo. Charli has been a patient at CSAH since we got her at 8 weeks in January 2021. She has always had a great experience in the clinic and never gives me a hard time when I have to drop her off for her appointments. In fact she practically jumps into the staff member's arms when they come out to get her ( I am convinced that she is part kangaroo !!). I have been extremely impressed with the service and care that she has received to date at CSAH. My questions and concerns are always addressed in a timely manner, either by phone or by email. Dr. Slome and his team are superb. I wish he also was a human doctor! He listens carefully to what this pet mommy is seeing and takes everything seriously. He is gentle and sensitive when sharing information, and offers options for costly treatments whenever he can. I have found the rest of the team - other vets, technicians, and office staff, just as approachable, helpful and kind. Thank you Centre Street Animal Hospital for your care and professionalism.
