Thank you to Esther for her assistance in helping me pick out new frames. Once again I'm a happy customer. Been going to the clinic for 10 years and ALL staff have been great. The tech took time to explain the machines and what there purpose was.

Dr. Lila is wonderful, however all of the other staff provide very poor customer service. It seems that they are more focussed on milking every penny they can from their patients rather than making sure their needs are met.

My kids and I have been coming here for several years! Esther and the rest of the staff always make us feel welcome and they work really hard to take care of us. The doctors are very knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend Royal Oak Optical to all ages!

Just got new progressives and I love them. Cant beat Royal oak optical for convenience, excellent service with a smile and caring and competent professionals. I love Esther she really makes service personal yet professional. Just general good vibes at this office. I recommend it to anyone in the area.

If you are looking for an eye exam and want to order your glasses look no further. Dr. Bina Lila is an excellent optometrist with an in-depth knowledge and experience in her field. I feel my eyes are very safe in her hands. The other ladies at the practice namely Ester and Mahrukh are very friendly and courteous. They provide stellar customer service and always go above and beyond to meet your needs. Very affordable and lots of choice of frames and lenses to fit any budget.

The optometrist's are fabulous. The Customer service is poor. Had difficulties with the arm falling off my frame. The front staff was less than helpful "stating they could not fix them" The screw had fallen away from the arm.....Simple 5 cent fix. Yet, they declined fixing them. I remarked that these frames are under warranty still and would surely be covered. I again was told that they could not be fixed and was offered tape around the arm of the frame. I left the store with broken glasses. 20 minutes later the front staff contacted me and ordered me a new frame. Its been over a month and still
