Took my dog there three times. Each time, I asked what the cost would be. They conveniently forgot to disclose that there is a mandatory exam fee. The first time, I spaced out the first two vaccine shots, they charged me an exam fee both times - the shots were a month apart. This place is not transparent about their fees so it is hard to trust if they are going to do the right thing for your dog or if it is just about making a few extra bucks.

You know you've got a good vet when all three of your pets actually *like* going there. Staff is so friendly and helpful. No one has ever made me feel rushed and they always answer all of my questions. Our pets are definitely in good hands at Parkdale!

Only called to know rates and get advice, the receptionist was just a delight. Thankfully, I didn't need to take my dog in, but I feel confident enough to refrain from hesitating.

Really fantastic experience! The staff would send you text to confirm your appointment which is pretty impressive. Very patient staff and professional Dr even though my English is broken. Definitely a right choice for pets parents. I will recommend this clinic to my friends here!

My critters have been cared for by Parkdale for 8 years and our experience has always been excellent! They have worked through puzzling symptoms with my medically complex cat and were diligently checking in on his progress, even between our very frequent appointments! The Parkdale team has also been respectful and understanding, going out of their way to ensure the most positive and safe visits for my behaviourally complex dog. We are very grateful to have such a superb veterinary practice taking care of our pets' needs!

Extremely friendly staff that keep you updated on the status of your pet the whole time you're there. My cat is normally extremely anxious around people, but even he felt at ease. The doctors and techs made sure to explain any and all procedures before going forward with them, made sure I was always aware of the cost, and answered all my questions
