Each strata corporation is assigned a Strata Property Agent, who handles the full range of services including financial management, physical management of the building, and administrative duties to ensure adherence to the BC Strata Property Act.

Report a Maintenance Issue

To report a maintenance issue regarding your property, please provide details on the below form. Be sure to include the name of your strata and the best way to contact you. If the issue involves the damage of property, including fire or flood, or a safety issue, please call WRM during office hours or visit our after hours emergency page.
Request for Strata Council Hearing
Report
Under the Strata Property Act, owners are entitled to request a hearing at a Strata Council Meeting (SCM) that must be held within four weeks of the hearing request. The owner or tenant, if authorized by the owner, must state the reason for the request in writing. Following the hearing, Council must provide the applicant with a written decision within one week.
Report a Bylaw Contravention

Before submitting notice of a violation, please review the bylaws of your strata corporation to confirm a bylaw has been breached. A copy of your strata bylaws can be found on your strata's web page or by contacting your strata agent. Please note that your personal details may be shared in the event of a Strata Council Hearing, Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) Hearing, or on request, in accordance with the Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA).
