Firstly the vets that are here are great. Recently had my elderly Moms dog get sick and she passed away and the Veterinarian that took care of her was fantastic. My review is regarding the front end staff which I feel are lacking people skills. I have found on occasion that the receptionist area is not very welcoming nor friendly. Very curt and short with people. Having dealt with another clinic in another town whose front end staff were very welcoming and personal I was pretty disappointed to where I would rather drive there then come here.

Most of the vets are great. One veterinarian made us feel guilty about our pet that passed away. Another time one of the receptionist laughed at me and accused me of being YEARS late on my cats vaccinations when she was actually reading off my DEAD cat that I lost unexpectedly. The receptionists are also often telling you different things which causes a lot of stress.

This is the thing. Weve had to use this vet a few times for emergencies. The vets are great... the front staff could use a little work. They are nothing but rude, short and insensitive. There is a be kind sign on the door and they should really learn to practice what they preach. Extremely disappointed with the way they treat their customers over the phone and in person.
