We all understand a large part of physiotherapy treatment is the ability use our hands to help people and our physiotherapists are excited to be able to return to this. Our primary goal is to keep you healthy and safe. Saying that, things will be a little different when you return for in house treatments.
You will be required to answer a few simple screening questions when you book your appointment and when you come to our front door. We will also take your temperature and sanitize your hands. We have removed our waiting room for the time being so please be prompt, but not too early. Our staff will look a little different than before, but know we are still smiling under the masks.

Aaron graduated from Queen's University School of Physical Therapy in 1997 and has been practicing in Vernon since. With over two decades of experience, Aaron enjoys assessing injuries and helping clients figure out complicated physical issues. Aaron has obtained a Certificate of Sports Physiotherapy and is certified in Acupuncture and Kinesiotaping.

Acupuncture has been used for a couple thousand years and can be used for a wide variety of conditions from mental to physical ailments. Our therapists have been trained in the anatomical acupuncture model which shares many similarities to the traditional Chinese approach. Western medical acupuncture, or anatomical, involves the insertion of fine needles into the body.

Vestibular rehabilitation can help alleviate symptoms related to inner ear problems. These symptoms can be vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbance, and balance problems. A physiotherapist will conduct a very specialized assessment to determine the source of your difficulties. Sometimes there are certain treatments a physiotherapist can perform to help symptoms and then prescribe exercises to improve your function.
