Do new clients need to book appointments differently?
New clients must call us at 604-533-0195 to schedule their first appointment and pay a $50–$100 non-refundable deposit for services over an hour.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits are forfeited for changes made with less notice but remain on file if notice is given.
Are your stylists certified in specialized techniques?
Yes, our team includes certified Balayage specialists and Easihair Pro extension stylists, ensuring expert application and maintenance.

My stylist is Celia and boy am I glad I found her! I give her the idea of what I want and she asks all the right questions to make it happen. I'm especially fond of the colour treatments I've had. 5/5 !!!

Excellent experience with this salon for a womens haircut. Anastasia listened, understood the look I was going for, checked in regularly through the cut, was focused and paid attention to detail to ensure my cut was perfect. She gave me tips for upkeep and whats next as my hair grows and Im looking forward to coming back here for all future cuts. Finally found a stylist I want to return to! The salon itself has a great ambiance and were very accommodating for booking my appointment.

I got my hair cut professionally for the first time in 2 years and decided to try this studio. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day due to a cancellation. Anastasia was great - she listened to what I wanted and made it work for my hair and face shape. The studio has a very relaxing atmosphere and I would come here again!
