Known as the science of eight limbs, you will develop the ability to deliver power punches, kicks, knees and elbows from all angles and every range to all parts of the body. We've brought together some of Canada's best teachers and coaches from Cross Training, Yoga, and Kettlebell sport and provided them with the tools and toys to train at the highest level.

Membership provides access to Muay Thai, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sparring, MMA, Kettlebells, Yoga, Yoga Tune Up, Aikido, Strength & Conditioning and Open Gym training. Iaido, Pikiti Tirsia and Kali Silat are separate programs outside of standard membership. You will have multiple class options to fit your schedule, goals and interests.
