Shivraj is a registered physiotherapist in British Columbia. He obtained his Physiotherapy education from Rehabilitation Research Centre, SMS Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan in 1985. Before setting up his private practice, Shivraj worked at district hospital Ganganagar Rajasthan and Powell River General hospital in British Columbia.
