You will receive a formal quote for preparing a Report. Professional Services Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement will be sent for your review. The estimated timeline will be provided for conducting the interview. Please note that firm submission dates can't be provided as the process of interviewing depends on many factors.

We offer free 30-minute consultations for all legal matters. During the free consultation, the lawyer you meet with will discuss how fees are charged and what type of a retainer will be required in order for us to act for you in your legal matter. Generally, the consultation starts with you and the lawyer discussing the facts, background, and court history (if any) of your case.

Phil Cote and Paul Evans have been practicing family law since 2010 and 2012 respectively, and are the most experienced at the firm, but they also charge the highest hourly rates.

When you meet with a lawyer at our firm to prepare a will, you will be provided a "Wills Questionnaire" to complete prior to any drafting. This questionnaire will allow you to go through and list all the assets you currently have and decide how you want things to be divided even before you speak with a lawyer.
