Thank you for the response, I did not expect "go to your TD branch to straighten out your concerns directly with them." coming from your office, after very specifically stating that one loan was not secured and that they would need to prove to the lawyer's office handling this that it was secured. I could have gotten this type of service from any shmuck lawyers office and expected a higher lever of professionalism from yours, I guess I was wrong.

When having Alex Cudney as a lawyer it is a
Five rating. However
Had to do a simple change child custody case and was given to a new lawyer because it was a basic paper filing case . Basically the lawyer as handed to didn't accomplish the case. Now to add insult to injury i have recieved a bill for 500.00 added to the 700.00 i paid already. Nicole has the nerve to charge me 1200.00 and not accomplish a simple change of custody. Run fast as you can from this law firm.
