Dr Steph is very professional, she has great work ethics and shows a lot of interest in the animals, however her staff is rude and dismissive. I had a situation with my 3 months puppy and the staff didn't show any empathy, willingness to assist or get a hold of Dr Steph while I was at the clinic. I said I would be willing to wait as much as needed, since I trust the vet and needed help but the lack of manners, the way I was treated by the receptionist and no interest in our situation are just unacceptable.

This is only my second year using them but I have to say that Dr. Alexis has been terrific with my two dogs. I had lots of questions regarding my newest adopted dog who comes from an island and she answered all my questions and gave me great advice! They have wonderful staff and take great care of our beloved fur family members.
