For those looking for progressives or task-specific vocational lenses, we understand that this can sometimes be a process and the first lens isn't always the right lens design. This is why we offer our clients a 90-day trial period with all progressives and vocational lenses.
If you are unable to adapt to the new lenses within 90 days from the day the glasses were ready, we will allow you to switch into another progressive (upgrades at the cost of client - no refunds for downgrades) or into a different lens entirely (single-vision or bi-focal).

We are able to direct bill for most insurance providers. Simply bring in your card that has the policy and member ID - we'll do the rest! As long as your plan is set up for direct billing, we should be able to save you the hassle of paying up front first and submitting the claim to be reimbursed later.
