Over Christmas, my sister who is a senior with Alzheimer's, broke a molar. Nanoose Bay Dental was able to get us in the same day and remove the remaining root. From the minute we arrived, the service was fast, friendly and efficient; the staff are professional, courteous and caring and most importantly, they calmly explained everything to my sister making her very comfortable for the entire visit. Due to the circumstances, Dr. Kwok even called the next day to check in and do a follow up. Great job folks!

Every experience at Dr Kwoks office has been extremely positive! I had a crown replacement that used to be such an ordeal but was done in one two hour appointment with no pain or discomfort during or after the appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Kwok and his team!!
