Unfortunately My experience with the Bio gel product was not successful. My nails where damaged. Thats why I decided to try the Spa! Good reviews on the product! The gel started to lift the second week! I wasnt sure if its because of the condition of my nails! The second time around it stayed on nicely for 4 weeks! I was very pleased. After the third visit once again the second week in started to lift again. Needles to say Im Disappointed! Its an expensive manicure and product! The Spa is lovely !

A few of my shellac nails fell off and the staff were so friendly and accommodating to fix it up :) costumer service is so important and can be frustrating sometimes, but Without a Doubt these people were understanding and kind without hesitation! Thank you again.

I never write reviews, but I just had to rave about this business. This was my first time ever treating myself and going to Without A Doubt and I would recommend them to anyone looking for any spa services in… Penticton. This was my first ever sugar wax and Emelia was wonderful and made my whole experience very relaxing. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable and Emelia is such a lovely person all around. They have just received a new lifetime client and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I have been a regular Without a Doubt client for over five years having a number of services done consistently and have always been treated professionally and with respect. They have never been pushy with the sale of their products and I have only felt they are proud of the products they sell. Rachael and staff know their business and are excellent with their customers. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for spa services.
