This (obviously) is on behalf of my bride. Glenda booked a cut about 3 weeks ago with Brad. Yesterday she got a call to say that Brad doesn't take new clients, and put her on to "another stylist". About 24 hours notice. Brad had been recommended, if Glenda wanted just anyone she could have dropped into Magic Cuts and had someone named Bambi. Extremely unprofessional!
Followup - if you read their response they claim my wife was told she couldnt get the stylist she asked for. Absolutely untrue; in both cases she had been booked but was canceled at the last minute. They really are adding insult

I wanted to leave a stellar review for Tiya. I just spoke to Tiya about a miscommunication with my partner's appointment and she delivered with overwhelmingly great customer service. Tiya as the front line to this store will ensure you have a 5 star experience from phone to chair. My family has been using this salon for years and will continue for years to come.
