Great experience with the complete staff at Brentwood Dental Group. I'm embarrassed to say I haven't visited a dentist in a long time. I was dreading the first visit but the hygienist and dentists were great. What really put me off from other dental practices, and why I was so tardy in my visits, was they were quick to upsell and do unnecessary work to max out my coverage insurance. The professionals at Brentwood Dental discussed recommendations and helped educate. I was very comfortable with their direction. The hygienist, Stephanie, was super patient and skilled. My family has the best experience with Dr. Brian Hu. Last year, my dad whos in his late 80s had a really bad gum line infection, and hes one of those people who refused to go to the dentist, but due to the severe pain, so he must go see a dentist this time and fortunately, we got Dr. Hu to treat him. At first, my dad was very skeptical as he doesnt trust an dentist, but after a few treatment, his gum is back to normal, and he understand why he needs to visit a dentist teeth cleaning, and he appreciates how gentle his hygienist is. I like the people who worked at Brentwood Dental Group. Dr Raj is a good dentist, he listen and answer to all my question. The hygienist who looked after me is also very good. She is polite and always asking if I'm ok. I highly recommended them and as a matter of facts few of my co-workers also now a clients of Brentwood Dental.

I took my 88 year old father to Dr. Hu at the clinic for a consultation today. Without going into details of my dad's dental history and our previous dealing with Dr. Hu, let me say that Dr. Hu completely lacked interpersonal skills and let his ego get into his way of caring for his patients. Right in the beginning, he assumed that we came to blame him for my dad's dental issues.
