Massage Therapy
Our registered massage therapists provide evidence-based treatments for pain management, injury rehabilitation, and stress reduction. Using techniques like deep tissue work and myofascial release, we address musculoskeletal issues while promoting overall wellness. Clients receive personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific health goals and conditions.
Counselling
Registered social workers offer individual and family counselling for anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Sessions combine cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed approaches. Our therapists support clients aged 10+ with both in-person and remote session options available.
Pregnancy Massage
Specialized massage techniques address common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling. Our therapists use safe positioning methods to accommodate all trimesters, focusing on improving circulation and reducing stress hormones. Sessions help prepare the body for labor while promoting maternal emotional well-being.
Psychology Services
Licensed psychologists provide assessment and intervention for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disorders, learning challenges, and emotional difficulties. Evidence-based approaches include CBT and behavioral modification strategies. Services emphasize skill-building for improved self-regulation and family dynamics.
Hot Stone Massage
This treatment combines heated stones with massage techniques to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. The stones' warmth penetrates deep tissue layers, enhancing relaxation while addressing chronic pain conditions. Sessions promote detoxification and stress reduction through combined thermal and manual therapy.

Peter is amazing. He uses massage techniques I've never experienced and they really get into place. Cupping is really fun too. And by fun I mean painful but relieving.

I have been going to Shannon for a couple months now and I cannot recommend her enough! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and I always feel safe during my massage. She goes above and beyond, answers my questions and has helped me make a plan to how to heal an injury and other concerns. Overall atmosphere here is welcoming and peaceful. So happy to have found this place!
