A quick review of my experience dealing with Pete (manager) at Gervais towing:
A few months back a Gervais towing truck rear ended me on the highway while in my partners SUV. It left a decent dent in the trunk and bumper but nothing very serious. The driver was nice and we exchanged information. I called in to Gervais towing to see how we can go about getting it repaired. Pete offered to take care of it at their shop or to give me $1000 do deal with it myself. I agreed to have them fix the vehicle. My partner brought the vehicle in for what we were told was a one to two day repair. A week later
