Me and my wife had a weekend getaway, stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights it was a really nice place, it has a beautiful view of Niagara Falls, you can see all the different light colours at night. And the room was very nice it smelled clean an had a very comfortable bed, the food was very good to except the dessert, the fruits had a different flavour than Im used to. But overall really enjoyed the time we had will definitely go back again

Clean and great patient staff. The customer service is top tier. They accommodated my request by upgrading my room to a suite so I could be closer to my family . Now that's what I call service !! Parking is a arm and a leg though but close to all amenities and great view of the falls US side though.

The rooms were dirty for the price I paid. The second tv didn’t work that well. It was over priced for not having the pool opened. And the room service was so expensive for the quality of the food. Like what kind of chef sends out cantaloupe and honeydew melons with yogurt? Lol the room rate listed on the back of the door in the room was $2000, like you wish. Lmaaooooo

Spent a great weekend down here. While the room was smaller than expected it was nicely equipped. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and the window allowing for a view of the falls was also a great feature. Would stay again.
