My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. When we need a stay over in Victoria this is the first port of call. The staff are super friendly, take great care of you. The hotel itself is in a great location. The rooms are very clean, tidy and always spot on. our dogs (westie's) love staying here too, they get spoiled by the staff! Overall we love this place and we cannot see why you would not too.

The BEST place I've stayed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was amazing! Anything you could think u would need is in the room. Great location to downtown, but I just wanted to stay in the room, it was that great. Will definitely be staying again and cannot wait!

I received a 90 minute massage from Laura and was in heaven with her amazing ability and expertise to release months of stress trapped up in my body . She knew the areas of discomfort and I felt so much better after being in her very capable hands. She is a very smart , compassate professional who listens to her patients and knows how to help for them for optimum health. I would highly recommend Laura . The spa and hotel were clean and beautiful and was such a delight . Highly recommend

Best hotel stay I have ever had! Never thought I would get to stay at such a beautiful hotel for my staycation, friendliest staff, amazing beautiful suites, pool and hot tub amazing and the attendants were so kind, always lots of towels available(even a bathing suit dryer in change room! , the Koi pond was something I have always wanted to see and was so pretty, cant wait to stay again in a few months thank you to all the staff who made our night incredible

Well I never have stayed here, I have visited for the gingerbread houses. I love the koi pond with the fishes it's so beautiful and I appreciate how this hotel has the most gingerbread houses to look at each Christmas season. The lobby is very beautifully decorated has great artwork a very big fireplace and it's very cozy.

Definitely one of the most spacious and comfortable hotel rooms Ive stayed in. The pool is very fun and I loved seeing the giant koi in the pond by the lobby. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Once again the hotel and staff were fantastic. Special shout out to the two young ladies working the evening front desk. They were welcoming, friendly and made my daughter feel extra special on her birthday weekend with a small gift. We will be back.
