Psychological Assessment
Comprehensive psychological assessments identify cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns in children and adolescents. Our evaluations include standardized testing, parent/teacher interviews, and school collaboration to create detailed diagnostic profiles. This process helps develop targeted intervention strategies for learning disabilities, giftedness, and developmental disorders.
ADHD Treatment
Specialized treatment programs address attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in young clients. We combine behavioral interventions, parent training, and school accommodations to manage symptoms effectively. Our approach integrates evidence-based techniques with family-centered strategies to improve focus and executive functioning in daily life contexts.
Anxiety Therapy
Cognitive-behavioral therapy addresses various anxiety disorders including social phobia and separation anxiety. Treatment focuses on developing coping skills, challenging negative thought patterns, and gradual exposure techniques. We work collaboratively with families to create supportive environments that reduce anxiety symptoms and build emotional resilience.
Depression Counseling
Therapeutic interventions target depressive symptoms in adolescents and young adults using evidence-based approaches. Our counseling emphasizes emotional regulation, behavioral activation, and cognitive restructuring techniques. We prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships to foster hope and implement practical strategies for managing mood disorders.
Behavior Management
Specialized programs address oppositional defiant disorder and behavioral challenges in children. Our approach combines parent guidance, skill-building exercises, and environmental modifications to promote positive behavior changes. We focus on understanding underlying causes while implementing consistent strategies across home and school settings.
