Therapists will wash their hands with the appropriate amount of soap and for the appropriate length of time before and after treatments as well as using hand sanitizer. Therapists will be cleaning door handles, tables, face rests, oil bottles, clothing hooks, main clininc door and water cooler before and after each treatment.
We are strictly limiting people in the waiting area, please wait in your car until your appointment time so you can go straight into your treatment. We would like to minimize the point of sale usage. If possible we prefer you use TAP. We also accept e-transfer or you can add your credit card to your account and we can charge whatever amount owing from our end (obviously some exceptions will apply).

During that time, your therapist will take a history to understand what is happening and then continue with treatment.
