About Me

I was born and raised in Waterloo Region. I attended McGill University in Montreal, and then Wilfrid Laurier University where I obtained my master's degree. I completed law school at the University of Western Ontario in 2002, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. I articled at a national law firm, and then worked as in-house counsel for several years at the local children's aid society.

Danielle is responsible for overall file management, to assist with the drafting of court documents, and to answer your procedural family law questions.

When parties separate it is not always necessary to go to court. Most separated couples negotiate a separation agreement. A separation agreement is a domestic contract under the Family Law Act that can deal with all issues related to the breakdown of a relationship including custody, access, parenting, child and spousal support, and property division.
