I contacted Trumax to replace my old digital door lock with a smart one. Ken answered the call promptly. He helped me pick the right lock to suit my needs. He even double checked battery replacement for the lock I was about to order ahead of time. The communication after that was easy over email. He came on time and completed the work quickly and helped me set up the App on the phone. Great experience using this service

We have been using Trumax Security services for many years. No matter what the job, they are always prompt and professional in meeting our requirements. Last week we requested an installation of a door handle, lock, storm door lock and closure mechanism. A few hours later we had the job done! Clean, responsive. Incredible quality. Thank you Ken and Mike!

We were pleased with the service. It was extremely hot out & the men worked in the heat to change our locks and hand sets. Came right back out when there was a problem. Very polite & professional. Highly recommended.

Trumax's employee was punctual, courteous and, most important, successful in opening my locked filing cabinet and later having replacement keys made. The price quoted was reasonable for the amount of time involved and the final price didn't change from the estimate. My only comment was that Covid-19 safety protocols weren't discussed (but nor did I ask) and the employee's face mask was only in place for the first few minutes of the hour of his visit, mostly lying around the neck. I would recommend their service!

I've worked with Trumax for home security lock hardware twice and they are always incredible to work with! High quality of work. Ken noticed my deadbolt wasn't latching cleanly, and did a quick repair on that too... even though he was just there to install a new deadbolt! Insisted on cleaning up afterwards, so left the area spotless after a fast and efficient install. I highly recommend them... It's tough to find people you can really trust, that also have this high quality of work... these guys are the full package.
