Absolutely horrible service from most staff. There is one good receptionist (male) but everyone else is rude and always in a rush. Caused more issues with my pet than when we went in for am emergency, sent my pet home so doped up the following day that he couldn't stand and ended up peeing on himself while sitting. They never sent the prescription… to the pharmacy as they said they would and then they were unreachable. Also ended up taking him to another vet clinic within 24 hours of being discharged from here. We even tried to contact this clinic to address all these concerns once my pet

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET CLINIC!
Dr. Alexandra (Alex) Kozak is the most incompetent veterinarian I have ever met. She gives inconsistent feedback on her assessments and in regards to diagnostic interpretation. ALWAYS REQUEST TO SEE SCANS AND BLOODWORK RESULTS FOR YOURSELF. She does very minimal to help your pet and provides you with unrealistic solutions that will do more harm than good. She recommends invasive measures before something simple that can be effective. She will have you book multiple appointments for reassessments ($$$$$) and provide no valuable information. FOR THE SAKE OF ALL ANIMALS

As a new client I was surprised to get in so soon. Riddick (my Pitch Black cat) was quickly diagnosed with diabetes. The staff were great! They made sure I understood the needles and testing, taking time to answer my questions. I have been able to treat him with confidence and his improvement is astounding! A great place with wonderful staff!!

The way the people that answer calls and give any information are always sooooooo mean. It used to be so lovely going there, when did it change? I’m a client why treat me like garbage, especially when we remain calm and polite? Yikes. I will say any vet I have seen has been top notch though! Makes staying or leaving a tough decision.
