Bill, Judy and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and pleasant. It's the only jewelry store I frequent and I've been a satisfied customer for over 35 years. Wonderful gifts come in small packages!

Top notch service. Bill was a blessing to work with. Got 3 rings resized and all came back better than ever. In the climate we currently live in, it's nice to see humanity still lives strong! We hit a snafu with one of my rings and the team at Jewel Box was reassuring, kind and caring to my needs. 100% recommended!!
