We are Chris and Carol Palko, founders of Palko Jewellery Design, a family-owned business operating since 1996 in Brockville, Ontario. Carol transitioned from healthcare to jewelry, earning her GIA Gemologist certification to enhance our expertise in gemstones. Chris, a master goldsmith since 1981, specializes in handcrafted fine cloisonn enamel pieces framed in gold and gems, combining artistic vision with technical precision. In 2013, we celebrated our entrepreneurial success by creating the 'Fair Jeanne Inspired Pendant' for the Tall Ships 1812 Tour and were honored as Leeds and Grenville's Entrepreneur of the Year.We focus on creating 'Moment in Time' heirloom jewelry, utilizing CAD, 3D printing, and fusion welding technologies while drawing inspiration from the Thousand Islands' natural beauty. Our pivot to a cloisonn enamel studio in 2025 reflects our commitment to artistic innovation while maintaining personalized service for discerning clients who value jewelry as an enduring art form.

Thank goodness my neighbour recommended I take my rings to Palko Jewellers. Carol was friendly, honest and gave me valuable recommendations to solve my issues with my rings not fitting. They do fabulous work and my beautiful rings no longer reside in the jewellery box. Now my husband`s chain and pendant are in for repair. Wonderful people, amazing results!!

Over the years I have taken items for cleaning and repair to Palko Jewellery Design, and have always been very happy with the friendly service and prompt return of the pieces. Here is a interesting story which illustrates Chris design skills: Several years ago I lost my wide-band wedding ring, which was a match for my husbands but with added diamonds (of course!). I contacted the original designer who made another ring. Then miraculously the lost ring turned up, 3 years later!
Chris cut the replacement and fashioned a beautiful pendant and earrings. I was thrilled!
