Vacuum heat treatment
Our vacuum heat treatment services ensure precise temperature control and contamination-free processing for critical components. Using advanced vacuum furnaces with 6-bar capability, we deliver consistent metallurgical results for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications. This process enhances material properties while maintaining dimensional accuracy for complex parts.
Carburizing
We provide full carburizing services to create wear-resistant surfaces on steel components. Our large-capacity furnaces accommodate oversized parts while maintaining uniform carbon penetration. This process optimizes surface hardness and fatigue resistance for gears, bearings, and other load-bearing components in industrial applications.
Metallurgical testing
Our in-house metallurgical laboratory offers comprehensive material analysis services. Gas nitriding

Cryogenics
