This company does not value their employees! Unsafe work conditions, below average hourly rates, promises OT and can not and does not pay out, lack of basic understanding of Worksafe guidelines and policies. Managers and supervisors are not educated in cold storage or basic warehouse work. So sad that a large company such as this has such issues.

Wait 4 hours for small order, should make appointment time more real for driver. workers on parking lot smoking weed instead of doing my order, very tight for backing in

Very small area to back in and turn. Always check your temp of product loaded as they have made mistakes on a lot of my loads between fresh and frozen. Shipping staff rude. And loads always late. Never a highlight of my day when I get sent here.

Terrible place. The product they tried to load in my truck was almost completely defrosted and already had return paperwork on it if from being rejected by another customer. I'm not sure if their freezer isn't working well, or if it's just a problem with staff. But I strongly recommend that you double check the temp of the any product they try to load. If youre a supplier that needs cold storage, steer clear of these guys. They will make you and your product look bad
