I had a great experience here. I brought my late grandmothers wedding rings in to be sized, cleaned and repaired. They recognized that it was an important heirloom and treated it as such. Piotr and Lauren were very pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable knowing that I was dealing with the person who was working on it. He clearly has a lot of talent and a passion for what he does. Lauren also demonstrated fantastic customer service. They are a great team! He even sent me off with a bottle of his wine and wished me luck with my engagement! It was a nice, personal gesture. This is now the only
