There is no other place i will go to now. Jack helped my fiancé customize probably the most beautiful ring i could have ever expected. Not only is he warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable on all things he has… gone above and beyond to keep us satisfied whether it be cleanings or minor fixes. Really impressed with the service we recieved. Two days before our wedding Jack was able to customize my engagement ring (that we ordered online during isolation), customize a band for my husband and made a… band for myself. To top it all off he replated another one of my rings free of charge. I'm so grateful he really helped everything come together for our day. Thank you!
