Veterinarian

Dr. Ardeshiri graduated from the University of Tehran and completed CPE exams for Ontario licensing. He joined the clinic in 2024 after practicing in Iran and brings expertise in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine.

Elizabeth Maloney

Veterinarian

Dr. Maloney earned her DVM and Master's in Equine Reproduction from Ontario Veterinary College. With experience in mixed animal practice, she joined the team in 2024 specializing in dentistry and pain management.

Barb Lewars

Medical Director

Dr. Lewars graduated from Ontario Veterinary College in 1986 and has over 35 years of practice experience. She serves as Medical Director while continuing direct patient care at multiple clinic locations.

Heidi Nusko

Veterinary Office Manager

Heidi has served as RVT and office manager since 2008. She coordinates clinic operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. Her expertise ensures smooth practice management and client communication.

Jennifer Craig

Registered Veterinary Technician

Jennifer returned to the clinic in 2018 after 14 years in Ottawa. With RVT certification since 2002, she provides experienced technical support during examinations and procedures while mentoring newer staff members.

Overpriced. No discounts or consideration for seniors. My dog was given a vaccination that was not due until 2022. I had not asked for or approved this. Thinking seriously about looking for a new vet.

Wouldn't help me when my dog was bleeding profusely on a Saturday after cutting himself on the trail.
Ended up having to drive over 2 hours and have part of his foot removed at another clinic. Not very nice.
(Used the pandemic as the reason they couldn't help us, since we weren't regular clients there... They must know something I don't about the risk of getting covid from pets).

We just got a new puppy and took her in for second shots. We have been going there for over forty years with all of our dogs. Very professional and compationate.
