Called in advance, drove over, parked, called and they came out (COVID) to provide medication, take pet inside for treatment, and take payment outside. Good service, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly!

Im honestly not sure how to describe ow big of blessing that grey Bruce pet hospital has been. My dogs have been a patient there for quite a few years, and they have always treated us beyond amazing . But just this last year our Marvin had surgery on his face from a past injury when he was a street dog in Thailand and the team at GB Pet hospital truly took care of him and kept him happy and safe during his stay and just this week our other dog Ivy had to have emergency surgery. There was never a single moment I doubted the level of care and dedication this team had . They treated Both my dogs but
